Delete your HealthTrak AI data

You can delete some or all of your HealthTrak AI data while keeping your account.

Delete individual entries in the app

In the app, you can delete individual meals, water entries, lab reports and their extracted results, workouts, health concerns and BMR estimates. When you delete one of these, its record is removed right away.

Current limitation: deleting a meal or lab report in the app does not currently remove the uploaded meal photo or lab report PDF or photo. To have those files deleted, please send us an email request as described below. The app does not currently have an option to delete all of your health data at once.

Request deletion by email

To delete specific data, uploaded files, or all of your health data without deleting your account, email whitemastery@gmail.com from the email address linked to your HealthTrak AI account, with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us what you want deleted, or say that you want all of your health data deleted. We handle these requests manually. We will verify that you own the account and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Payment records

Payment or invoice records that we are legally required to keep may be retained separately. You can email us to ask for details about what is retained.
